Recipe: Aunt Barb's Chili

Description: To all y'all southerners out there, us northerners put noodles in our chili! ;-)
Total time to cook    1   hours ,   30   minutes
Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Small Onion
1 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Chopped Green Pepper
To taste Garlic Salt
28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 can Bush's Chili Beans
1/2 cup Elbow Macaroni Pasta
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon Fennel
To taste Salt
To taste Pepper
Directions: Brown ground beef, onion, celery, green pepper, pepper and garlic salt. Add the next six ingredients. Grind with a mortar and pestle the cumin, rosemary and fennel. Add to the chili. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer slightly covered for 45 minutes to an hour.
